📝 About the role

Tiger Brands' Bellville bakery is offering a workplace experience (student) placement in quality and food safety. You will help with daily process checks, audits, bread evaluations, sampling and data reporting under the food safety system. Closes 13 October.

✅ Key duties

• Daily process checks and consolidating quality data reports
• Weekly mass balance, site PRP audits and bread evaluations
• Retention sampling and sensory evaluation
• Updating incoming raw-material product checks
• Helping manage customer complaints, non-conformances and mock recalls
• Supporting FSSC 22000 food safety system maintenance
