Woolworths is hiring a full-time Store Specialist: WBeauty (Colour & Skin) at Ballito Junction, KwaZulu-Natal. The specialist gives expert beauty advice, drives sales of the Woolworths Beauty range, manages stock and merchandising and supports promotions.

✅ Key duties

• Give expert beauty advice and personalised consultations
• Achieve sales targets by promoting Woolworths Beauty products, launches and promotions
• Keep up with product knowledge and beauty trends
• Manage stock availability and merchandising to brand standards
• Maintain hygiene, safety and tester presentation
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Minimise stock loss and shrinkage
• Work various shifts and support store operations

🎓 Requirements

• Grade 12
• Qualification and/or experience in cosmetology or another beauty field
• At least 1 year's experience in beauty sales
• Strong knowledge of beauty brands and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed appearance
• Flexible to work various shifts
