📝 About the role

Woolworths Bluff (KZN) is hiring a full-time Store Specialist: Interactive based at the hot foods counter. The role prepares and serves quality food, gives great customer service and manages stock and hygiene standards.

✅ Key duties

• Deliver friendly customer service at the hot foods counter
• Prepare and serve quality products following hygiene and safety standards
• Manage stock: appealing displays, rotation and minimising waste
• Advise customers on product options
• Know new lines and promotions
• Complete documentation such as temperature records and price adjustments
• Report dishonesty or shrinkage to management
• Maintain attendance, dress code, hygiene and punctuality
• Take part in team meetings

🎓 Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF qualification
• Flexible to work different shifts
• Strong customer service and professional communication
• Attention to detail in stock management and hygiene
• Intermediate planning, organisation and product knowledge
• Honesty, reliability and teamwork
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
