Shift Miller – Tiger Brands, Bellville

📝 About the role

Tiger Brands' Bellville mill needs a shift miller to run the milling process on shift. You will look after equipment, stock, food safety and quality so that flour meets specification. Shifts, weekends and public holidays apply.

• Achievement of overall production parameters.
• Continuous availability of equipment.
• Reduced down time due to equipment breakdown.
• Reduced milling and engineering costs.
• Finished product model stock levels maintained.
• Consumable model stock levels maintained at agreed levels.

🎓 Requirements

• Qualified wheat and/or maize miller (SAGMA/GMF trade tested)
• Knowledge of grain fumigation and insect control
• About 5 years' milling experience
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
