📝 About the role

Nedbank is hiring a Service Centre Agent in Sandton, Johannesburg, to provide professional and efficient call services to Nedbank clients. Agents answer calls within service levels, log and escalate queries, and offer products to clients to meet monthly lead targets.

✅ Key duties

• Follow the daily schedule and work plan to meet targets
• Answer 90% of calls within 60 seconds as per SLA
• Generate monthly lead targets by offering products to clients
• Log all calls correctly and escalate unresolved queries to management
• Prevent business losses by staying vigilant
• Understand client queries and give continuous feedback to management and back office
• Keep up to date with legislation, industry changes and risk standards
• Complete learning activities and certifications on time

🎓 Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Call centre experience
• Certificate: Call Centre (preferred)
• Knowledge of administrative procedures, banking procedures and relevant regulations
• Business writing skills
• Customer loyalty, communication, adaptability and quality orientation
