- Knowledge of UI Act and Regulations, UI Contributions Act, PFMA, labour relations, BCEA, Batho Pele, PSR and PSA, risk and project management, Criminal Procedure Act
- Skills: interviewing, communication, listening, computer literacy, time management, analytical, interpersonal, report writing, planning
