Sales & Customer Associate at homechoice's Rustenburg Mall showroom. Converts showroom visits into sales through product demos, needs analysis and accurate order processing, supporting the Store Supervisor and Showroom Manager.

✅ Key duties

• Engage customers on the showroom floor and convert interactions into sales
• Demonstrate products, features, pricing and promotions
• Meet sales targets and conversion rates; support account openings
• Guide customers through ordering, payments and after-sales
• Capture orders, documents, payments, refunds and credits accurately
• Help with stock handling and keep showroom and merchandising standards
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies
• Support promotions and work shifts, weekends and public holidays

🎓 Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
• Customer-facing sales experience in a target-driven environment
• Available for shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Homewares retail experience advantageous
• Clear credit and criminal record
