✅ Key duties

• Manage and report all customer compliments and complaints to management
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Ensure all customer stock queries are dealt with and resolved
• Maintain effective external communication with customers when feedback is required
• Assist customers with enquiries and refer them to the appropriate departments where applicable
• Adhere to the customer turnover-per-hour rate in accordance with the company benchmark
• Manage shorts and overs at the point of sale, including floats
• Manage refund and return transactions

🎓 Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as SAP
• Retail administration and operational knowledge
• Strong team-player skills and good customer relations
• Trustworthy and honest
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• South African citizen
• MIE, clear criminal and credit records
