📝 About the role

Netcare Milpark Hospital is hiring a Receptionist for its main, casualty and radiotherapy desks. You are the first person patients and visitors meet, and you handle admissions, calls and queries.

✅ Key duties

• Welcome patients and visitors and direct them to the right ward or department
• Admit patients and capture personal and medical aid details on SAP
• Get consent forms and terms signed and file documents
• Answer phone calls and help patients with the Netcare app

🎓 Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4
• Computer proficiency
• Previous experience in a hospital environment
