Shoprite Group (Transpharm) is hiring a contract Production Clerk in Pretoria. The clerk handles route control, invoice and credit processing and client queries in the warehouse.

✅ Key duties

• Control and manage routing schedules for timely dispatch
• Resolve client service queries
• Follow up invoices not processed through dispatch on time
• Identify and process misprints
• Rebook missing invoices
• Sort invoices by route
• Investigate and account for missing stock
• Process credits accurately and communicate with clients about their accounts

🎓 Requirements

• Grade 12
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Organisational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Able to work independently and in a team and keep information confidential
