📝 About the role
Lentegeur Hospital (Metro Health Services) has nine Nursing Assistant posts. Grade 1 needs no experience after SANC registration. DPSA Circular 36 of 2026, post 36/377.
✅ Key duties
- Assist patients with daily living: hygiene, nutrition, mobility and elimination
- Provide elementary clinical nursing care
- Maintain documentation and communication
- Use resources effectively; take part in in-service training
🎓 Requirements
- Appropriate qualification that allows registration with SANC as Nursing Assistant
- Registration with SANC as Nursing Assistant
- Experience Grade 1: None (Grade 2: 10 years; Grade 3: 20 years)
- Willing to work shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays
