Night Receptionist – Safari Hotel & Convention Centre

📝 About the role

Orion Hotels is hiring a Night Receptionist at the Safari Hotel & Convention Centre in Rustenburg. The receptionist runs the front desk overnight: check-ins, reservations, payments, night audit reports and guest queries.

✅ Key duties

• Greet and check in guests
• Manage reservations and handle enquiries
• Process payments and cash transactions; keep accurate financial records
• Oversee night-time security of the hotel
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Prepare night audit reports and keep guest records

🎓 Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 2+ years reception and reservations experience in hospitality
• Able to work on Protel or Opera (PMS)
• Hospitality certification an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
