✅ Key duties

• Butchery Operations Manage the day-to-day operation of the Meat Market
• Perform and supervise meat cutting, portioning, processing, and wors production
• Ensure products meet company quality and presentation standards
• Maintain product availability and freshness at all times
• Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained correctly
• Financial and Stock Management Achieve sales, GP%, waste, shrinkage, and profitability targets
• Control stock ordering, receiving, storage, and stock rotation
• Monitor and reduce waste, damages, and stock losses

🎓 Requirements

• Strong meat cutting and butchery skills
• Ability to manufacture and quality-check wors and value-added products
• Sound knowledge of meat specifications, yields, and product quality
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
• Financial and commercial awareness. Ability to manage stock, waste, and profitability effectively
• High attention to detail and compliance standards. Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
