Discovery Health is offering a Long Term Insurance Learnership in Cape Town (Sable Park) that leads to a nationally recognised FETC: Long Term Insurance (NQF level 4). It combines structured learning with practical workplace experience, mainly in a medical aid call centre.

• Call centre medical aid client servicing
• Claims handling
• New business administration
• Health benefits administration

🎓 Requirements

• Grade 12 (essential)
• Maths at least Level 4 (50%) or Maths Literacy at least Level 5 (60%)
• English at least Level 4 (50%) and a second language at least Level 4 (50%)
• Aged 18 to 25
• Not studying after matric or formally employed
• Not completed any previous learnership
• Good written and verbal English
• Basic computer skills, mainly MS Excel and Outlook
• Incomplete tertiary qualification an advantage
