Junior Business Support Specialist - Old Mutual (Pinelands)

Old Mutual's Group Finance team in Pinelands is looking for a Junior Business Support Specialist. You support the Finance Data Warehouse, manage work requests and help users of the system.

✅ Key duties

• Manage and distribute work requests and update the Jira dashboard
• Maintain master data and financial hierarchies
• Monitor the production environment and give first-tier support
• Train and support users of the Finance Data Warehouse

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 2-3 years' analytical, data or BI experience in finance or reconciliations
• Understanding of General Ledger and trial balance reconciliation
• SQL knowledge is an advantage
