๐ About the role
Three Human Resource Clerk posts (three-year contract) at the Department of Employment and Labour's Northern Cape Provincial Office in Kimberley. Entry-level: Grade 12 and no experience required.
โ Key duties
- Implement HR administration practices (recruitment and selection)
- Implement conditions of service (leave, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances, PILIR)
- Facilitate the performance management function
- Address HR administration enquiries
๐ Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- No experience required
- Knowledge of PERSAL, HR information systems, registry duties, data capturing and the Public Service legislative framework
- Skills: communication, computer literacy, presentation, report writing, time management, planning, problem solving

- 37% of salary paid in lieu of benefits (contract post)
