Full-time Lecturer: Foundation Phase

📝 About the role

IIE Rosebank International is appointing a permanent full-time Foundation Phase lecturer at its Polokwane campus. The lecturer teaches, consults students and supports the academic department.

✅ Key duties

• Present content in class (online or physical)
• Arrange student consultations
• Analyse results at module level
• Mark assessments and give constructive feedback
• Apply interventions for at-risk students

🎓 Requirements

• BEd Hons degree in Early Childhood Development and Learning / BEd degree in Foundation Phase
• 1-3 years' industry-specific experience
• 1-3 years' lecturing/tutoring experience
• Understanding of the SA further and higher education regulatory framework
• Knowledge of teaching-learning theory, assessment methods and interventions
