FNB is hiring a Community Advisor for an alternative banking point (Pick n Pay initiative) in Gqeberha. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract helping customers open accounts, use products and move to digital channels.

✅ Key duties

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products
• Direct customers to eChannels and self-service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow FNB policies and service standards

🎓 Requirements

• Preferred: NQF 5 certificate in Banking, Business Admin or Customer Service
• 1-3 years' customer-facing experience
• Good communication skills
