📝 About the role

Cape Union Mart is hiring festive-season contract sales staff in Secunda. You assist customers, work towards sales targets and keep the store neat over the holiday rush. Matric and some retail experience are desirable but not compulsory.

• Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques
• Adhere to stock loss controls in store
• Ensure individual targets are met consistently
• Ability to maximise and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase
• Maintain housekeeping, uphold our visual merchandising standards to optimise sales

• Clear Criminal record
