Mediclinic Upington needs a permanent Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary for Paediatrics. The role delivers safe, basic nursing care within the scope of practice as part of the multidisciplinary team.

✅ Key duties

• Deliver basic nursing care with the multidisciplinary team
• Identify, prevent and report risks to patient safety
• Help create a therapeutic environment and positive patient experience
• Keep accurate records of all nursing interventions
• Help build a learning environment for staff
• Chart all stock and equipment used accurately

🎓 Requirements

• Higher Certificate in Nursing (or equivalent)
• No minimum experience; 1 year post-qualification experience desirable
• CPD courses in specialty areas desirable
• Infection prevention and control and Basic Life Support
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Knowledge of nursing scope of practice, legislation and procedures
• Patient observation and risk identification skills
