📝 About the role

Limpopo Department of Social Development has a permanent Data Capturer post at Capricorn District: Botlokwa One Stop Centre. The job is to capture data into quarterly and annual report. Minimum requirement: an appropriate recognized NQF level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.

✅ Key duties

• Capture data into quarterly and annual report
• Verification and review of captured data for completeness
• Validation of means of verification
• Identify and correct duplication of captured data
• Maintain Departmental Data System
• Perform system verification to ensure high data quality

🎓 Requirements

• An appropriate recognized NQF level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Typing skills
• Computer literacy
• Communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Planning and organizing skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
