📝 About the role

Woolworths is hiring a Foods Merchandiser for its Port Alfred store. The role greets and helps customers, replenishes and rotates stock and keeps food safety and hygiene standards.

✅ Key duties

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Rotate and replenish stock; maintain cold chain and hygiene
• Isolate damaged goods and manage returns
• Keep planograms, gap policies and a clean department
• Minimise shrinkage and promote new lines

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum education: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level
• Basic computer literacy
• Food retail or customer service experience advantageous
• Flexible shifts incl. early mornings, nights and weekends
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and cold chain
