📝 About the role
A care worker post at KwaBadala Residential Care in the King Cetshwayo District, open to people with Grade 12. You will receive residents, make sure they get medical services and help run their daily and therapeutic programmes.
✅ Key duties
- Receive service users to the care facility after admission
- Ensure that service users receive medical services
- Assist with the implementation of planned activities, developmental and therapeutic programmes
- Engage in basic life space work to promote the development and care of service users, Perform administrative work relevant to the job
🎓 Requirements
- Qualifications: Grade 12
- Knowledge: Public Service Act
- Public Service Regulations
- Batho-Pele principles
- Developmental programmes
- Clerical/ Administrative procedures
- Knowledge of the rules and procedures of centre
