FNB Life and Investments needs a Business Management (Broker) Consultant in KwaZulu-Natal to build relationships with independent financial advisers. You train advisers on FNB Life and investment products and help grow sales through them. This is a mid-level role needing broker-consulting experience.

✅ Key duties

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and product enhancements.

🎓 Requirements

• Matric
• NQF 5 qualification
• 3 to 5 years Broker Consulting experience within the Investments and IFA environment
• 3+ years
• Life Assurance experience
