📝 About the role

FNB is hiring a Branch Advisor (FAIS) for its Marquard branch. You help clients with their banking needs, give compliant financial advice and show them how to use digital channels.

✅ Key duties

• Serve walk-in and existing clients in a busy branch
• Give compliant financial advice and suggest suitable products
• Guide clients to the FNB app, online banking and self-service
• Follow FAIS, TCF and bank policies

🎓 Requirements

• NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Admin, Customer Service or related (FAIS recognised)
• 1-3 years' customer-facing experience, ideally in financial services
• Good communication skills
