Technology Innovation Agency internship (2 posts) in its Bioprocessing Platform in Durban. Entry-level interns support research, lab work, data analysis and project management.

✅ Key duties

• Assist with project management in the Bioprocessing Platform
• Operate and maintain lab equipment under supervision
• Collect, record and analyse experimental data
• Support quality control and safety/regulatory compliance
• Prepare scientific reports and presentations
• Provide basic admin support and keep research records and documentation
• Help prepare procurement documents for lab consumables
• Follow SOPs and SHE procedures and keep information confidential

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum BSc in Biochemistry, Microbiology or Chemistry, or Bachelor of Applied Science in Biotechnology or Chemistry
• BSc Hons or MSc in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology or Chemistry preferred
• 0-2 years' experience (entry-level internship)
