📝 About the role

Unifi South Africa is hiring Collections Agents for its Bellville call centre. Agents handle inbound and outbound calls, process loans, resolve complaints and help clients with overdue accounts find repayment solutions. This is an entry-level, permanent role.

✅ Key duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Process loan applications and assess affordability
• Resolve queries and complaints with empathy and urgency
• Contact clients with outstanding accounts and find repayment solutions
• Monitor repayment schedules and follow up
• Keep accurate client records
• Respond promptly across calls and written channels

🎓 Requirements

• Matric (Banking, Finance or Business qualification is an advantage)
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing, sales or retail role
• Comfortable with basic financial and credit concepts
• Strong written and spoken English
• Target-driven, calm and well organised
• Able to follow set processes and systems accurately
