Administrator: Debtors – Mercedes-Benz (CJD Bedfordview)

📝 About the role

Motus is hiring a Debtors Administrator at its Mercedes-Benz CJD Bedfordview dealership. The role manages debtor accounts, invoices, payments, credit notes, reconciliations and follow-ups on overdue accounts.

✅ Key duties

• Manage and maintain debtor accounts, including invoices, payments and credit notes
• Monitor and chase overdue payments by phone and email
• Reconcile debtor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Work with other departments on accurate, timely billing
• Provide regular debtor reports to management and assist with debt recovery
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

🎓 Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in finance or accounting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Knowledge of debt collection laws a plus
